You can cancel your paid Swiftype subscription by logging in to your account and visiting: Swiftype
From this page, click on the Cancel Your Subscription button at the bottom of the screen.
Please note that the cancellation of your subscription will be put into effect immediately. If you have any remaining paid time, you may want to wait to cancel your subscription until right before the current billing cycle ends, as un-used time is not automatically refunded.
