What do I do about a missing confirmation email?

Hi, I am running the initial scan of my site right now and I have been prompted to click on the confirmation email. However, I have not received it and it is not in my spam folder. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your confirmation email:

First, check your spam folder. We do everything we can to avoid our email ending up there, but it does happen.

Next, if you are unable to find the confirmation email and are still logged into your account, make sure your email address wasn’t mis-typed. You can view and update your account email address from the Account Settings page.

If logged out of Swiftype, you can resend your email confirmation instructions by entering your account email address from this page.
